How do I press my design?

100% CRYSTAL RHINESTONES. We guarantee Highest Quality 100% Crystal Rhinestones in all of our Rhinestone transfer designs. Print on T-shirts, Tank Tops, Hoodies, Tote bags, Hats, Caps and Fabric etc. Temperature and Time Setting_Rhinestone/Rhinestud: Set Heat Press temperature to 350 degrees and time 15 seconds...Cold Peel.  

HOUSEHOLD IRON INSTRUCTIONS: It is always recommended to use a Heat Press machine for Rhinestone transfer to your fabric. Preheat iron to cotton setting 350 degrees. Carefully lift and separate the rhinestone clear sheet from the white sheet (stones should stick to the clear plastic sheet). If any stones have shifted out of place, carefully put them back into place using tweezers or any other tools. Place the transfer sheet, stone side down onto the fabric and press gently with your hand. If it is not in the desired position, lift and reposition. (DO NOT PULL the SHEET ON THE FABRIC AS STONES MAY SHIFT) Place the Hot Iron on it and apply steady pressure for 15 seconds (DO NOT MOVE IRON AROUND AS STONES MAY SHIFT). Place iron over other design area for another 15 seconds and repeat till entire design is pressed. Slowly peel the clear plastic sheet away from the fabric. If stones are not sticking, replace the plastic sheet back onto the shirt and re-iron again. 

HEAT PRESS MACHINE INSTRUCTION Set Heat Press temperature to 350 degrees and timer to 15 seconds. Place the fabric on Heat Press bed. Take Rhinestone transfer sheet and carefully lift and separate the rhinestone clear sheet from the white sheet (stones should stick to the clear plastic sheet). If any stones have shifted out of place, carefully put them back into place using tweezers or any other tools. Place a Teflon paper over the Rhinestone design area. Heat Press for 15 seconds. Slowly peel the clear plastic sheet away from the fabric. If stones are not sticking, replace the plastic sheet back onto the shirt and Heat Press again for 4-6 seconds. 

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Wash the garment inside out in cold delicate cycle and hanger dry. 

SHIPPING PLEASE NOTE: We pack our rhinestone transfer designs very tightly to ensure your item arrives intact. However sometimes few stones may shift during shipping or in transit. It might require you to place the stones back into the place before ironing or heat press. You can place your finger over the sheet and push the stones to move it back to the right place. Some larger transfers will be shipped in two pieces. This is to ensure your transfer arrives intact. The two pieces will be easy to line up and iron on.

How Do I Place An Order?​

When you see an item you like, click on "Add to Bag" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on the Shopping Bag, located at the top right section of the screen. Click "Checkout" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Place Your Order" to finish.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Payment and Shipping

Most orders will ship out within 5-7 business days. Turn around time for custom designs 5-7 business days. Your order will be shipped Standard Service via USPS or UPS unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, HD BLING cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. 

If you order more than one item, please be advised that your items may arrive in more than one package. We contract with several different print facilities and warehouses to print and ship our products, so items may arrive at different time and from different locations. We will update you with tracking information for all of your items.

We can not accept returns or exchanges. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once you have confirmed them. Please be sure to read all product details and contact us with any questions before completing your purchase.

Our main t-shirts are FITTED tees made with cotton and a small percentage of spandex unless otherwise requested. FITTED tees are junior fit; therefore, it is recommended to order a size or two larger than you normally wear. Regular tees are true to size and is a relaxed fit. They are not designed to be form fitted.

My package says it's delivered but I didn't get it. It may be lost or stolen?
 
Start with checking your order confirmation to make sure you entered the correct address and there is no missing information. Be sure to check with neighbors or nearby areas where the package may have been left and anyone in your household who may have picked it up for you.
 
Next call your local post office or UPS branch directly with your tracking number. Some times packages get left on the truck or may be lost along the way. Your local post office or UPS branch will start an investigation to find your package. If they do not find it, we will place a claim. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages. Once shippers have a package it is out of our hands. 
 
My package is lost or damaged.
 
If you've confirmed your package is either lost, damaged or destroyed with USPS or UPS, let us know and we'll help you open a claim for the value. Keep in mind, they will require proof of damage/loss such as statement from the shipper, pictures, etc. They will only reimburse the value of damage. We can not guarantee your claim will be accepted - we highly recommend collecting all evidence possible. *If a package is thought to be lost and ends up being delivered to you at any point after claim has paid you, they will request to be paid back immediately.  
 
My package was undeliverable or returned to sender?
 
We are unable to make any changes to shipping addresses and all packages are shipped to the address entered at checkout, exactly how you’ve entered it. If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable by USPS/UPS, they will ship it back or bring it to their abandonment warehouse.
 
Customers are responsible for any additional postage fees or return fees that are incurred (UPS does charge fees for return to sender). A new shipping fee will be invoiced to the customer before we can re-ship the order with corrected shipping address.
 
If you realize you've entered the wrong address at checkout and your order has not shipped yet, please contact us immediately and we will do what we can try to help you fix it before it ships. 
 
Do you offer Payment plans?
 
Yes! Afterpay is available to qualified customers. If you qualify, you will see this option at checkout and will be directed to complete your order through them. If there is any damage or related issue with your products when you receive them, please email us at INFO@HDBLING.COM and we will assist the best we can with a claim or replacement.
